The Python S3000 Sweeper
The S3000 Python sweeper is the most powerful sweeper on the market today. With a 80 hp John Deere engine, it is capable of taking on the toughest milling operations. Each hydraulic motor has its own dedicated hydraulic pump, which provides maximum torque. To have the flexibility you need to operate your sweeper at maximum performance Python provides electric over hydraulic controls and free floating-fully adjustable brooms. The simple design of the sweeper, with uncomplicated hydraulics and standardization of the components provide easy maintenance and repair. Python has also removed all the grease points from the sweeper body. With large cubic yard volumetric hopper you may sweep longer before you dump. With a center mounted hopper and conveyor configuration you get a more evenly distributed load. But when it's time, the S3000 can dump high or low, in a truck or on the ground, from 21" to 138" to get the job done!
Two large water tanks that are equipped with a unique Water Saver System (PM-10 certified), use less water while keeping dust to a minimum. The S3000 also has an unique belt drive, that stands up to the most abrasive materials and toughest conditions, making it the longest life expectancy elevator system in the industry. This belt system is warranted two years or 1,000 hours. The secret is....shhhh... this system has an automatic belt tightener which means the belt always operates at optimum tension. Python Pothole Patcher 5000
The Pothole Patcher 5000 is simple to operate:
1. To access the 5 ton capacity hopper: the operator simply opens the fill door from in the cab, then load with hot or cold asphalt mix, whichever your choose.
2. The Python 5000 travels from job to job at highway speeds. At this point, the operator never has to leave the climate controlled cab. This cab offers exceptional comfort and a high level of visibility from the cab, so the operator can see everything they are doing. With the bonus of all functions being controlled by one joystick in the cab and a large arrow board to alert traffic, and a two camera system, there is no more exposure to moving vehicles, no more working directly with the asphalt, no more labor-intensive tasks and only one person is needed for the job. You don't even need a commercial driver's license, just minimal training to operate the 5000.
3. Drive up to the pot hole, and with the joystick, position the multi-axis working arm over the hole. Then an air jet nozle blasts water, dust, gravel and other debris from the hole so that you have a clean contact area. At this time you may apply an emulisive tack oil if warranted.
4. Then operate the auger system for the required amount of asphalt mix from the hopper to the hole. The finishing touches are added by the multi-axix working arm, providing a compact long-lasting patch equal to the original surface.
Within about two minutes you have patched a hole that is superior to the manual method. Just a "FYI", the 5000 is capable of producing patches in both hot and sub-zero weather. The hopper keeps the asphalt at the desired temperature by capturing heat from the engine exhaust, and if you want to have the asphalt warmed overnight Python offers two different options to do so.
