This all-purpose plow features a heavy-duty steel moldboard 3/16” thick with eight ½” X 3 ½” reinforcing ribs. The construction is built to handle the most rugged weather conditions. The trip edge design triggers upon contact with a hidden obstacle, then quickly resets to continue moving snow minimizing the load loss being pushed during a thick, wet snowstorm.
Steel Full Trip
The steel full trip plow features a 3/16” carbon steel smooth-rolled moldboard for excellent snow and ice casting results. A heavy-duty dual compression spring trip easily adjusts with three predetermined positions.
Poly Trip Edge
The trip edge plow does the job both in the city and on the highway. The 3/8” thick poly moldboard is backed with a steel framework with eight reinforcing ribs instead of a steel back to avoid corrosion zones and extend the life of the product. The plow hydraulically reverses for right- or left-hand discharge.
Super Plow
The poly trip edge Super Plow is packed with power for medium-duty trucks typically between 16,500 and 26,000 GVWR. The 3/8” poly moldboard is backed with a heavy-duty framework instead of a full steel back. This minimizes rust zones and extends service life.
One Way
This plow features a smooth rolled moldboard to discharge snow away from the road and solid welded ribs. The one-piece trip edge uses adjustable ¾” square wire horizontal torsion springs.
Trip Edge Patrol Wing
The patented (patent #6581307) dual "A" frame lift of the Trip Edge Patrol Wing plow provides up to 18” of float capability. This gives you the ability to do shelving without the use of a cable or wing post. The low profile design also lets you open the truck hood easily without the use of a side shift or tilt hitch. A double-acting heel cylinder allows the rear of the wing to be raised to a tightly tucked sloped transport position.
Patrol Wing/Shelving Wing
The Patrol Wing provides a powerful addition to a one-way or reversible snowplow to increase the cutting swath width. This cable-free plow is right-hand mounted, easy to operate and folds up to 45 degrees when not in use.
Underbody
The underbody scraper is constructed of sturdy 1” thick steel to remove packed snow and ice from roads. The power reversible design includes a combination of hydraulic relief and full trip moldboard protection. The moldboard rises to a horizontal position with a minimum ground clearance of 8” when not in use, depending on the truck frame height.
Dual Trip Power Reversible Steel
This unique plow utilizes a patented (patent #6408547) vibration insulator design that was developed to improve driver comfort. With this feature, manhole covers and other road obstructions are passed over with less impact. The result is less shock sent through the chassis and felt by the driver. By minimizing shock, the structure of the plow is less susceptible to cracking or damage.
