WAUSAU's rugged DF/DA (front and rear discharge) Models are specifically designed for challenging snow clearing operations. Full mechanical design with separate shear pin safety of both ribbon and impeller. Shape and dimensioning of both stages, the ribbons (first stage) and the impeller (second stage) are optimized to allow for heavy duty snow clearing operations while assuring maximum output. Available with clearing widths of 108” and 120”, and impeller diameters of 52”, 59” and 72” (rear discharge unit).

WAUSAU’s TS Vertical Auger Two Stage Type is a unique design combining two hydrostatically driven vertical augers with a huge mechanically driven 65” impeller. The augers complement the feeding of snow into the impeller allowing for much higher hp/tonnage ratios than conventional two stage design.

This compact two stage, full mechanical auger type blower head is suitable for all snow conditions, and ideal for spot-casting/loading of snow. Its three 18” horizontal augers feed into a 41” impeller. The cutting width is 102”, the blower height is 60”. Separate shear pin protection for both augers and impeller.
